Help with class project! The combination of 4 56k dial-up lines that bandwidth will combine all four. [highspeed connection] [small computer]

Q: For my network design class the teach wants us to 4 56K lines for sharing of bandwidth for our small data center instead of a fast connection. DSL is not a choice. Cable is not a choice. Anyone got a recommendation? I have Diamond “shot gun” modems to combine those two lines, but not the four lines.

What Im looking for as many hardware and software?
Re:What's the potential solution?
Re:thanks for the help fellas. I think I might have found a solution but any more helpwould be greatly appreciated.
Re:couldn't you just create 4 different accounts on the same isp, or various ones?
Re:Starting with Windows 98. This is built into Windows. I cannot rember for the life of me what the "MS name" for it is. You can install 4 (more if you like, not sure what the max is) cheapo modems into one machine and multiplex them together through the OS.

guy is right though. Your ISP must support it for it to work.

Search for the term "multilink" in Windows Help.
Re:This is possible, but only if the ISP supports it on the other end. I had two dial-up accounts running Multi-Point Protocol (MPP) and was getting respectable speeds before cable came to my neck of the woods. It was pretty buggy, and one line frequently dropped off, but it sorta' worked.
Re:You're not wanting to shotgun. Do 4 individual dial-ups to wherever you are connecting then setup some wicked routing to pull it all off. I don't have any more details without catching up on a lot of reading, sorry.
